Designed with both comfort and entertainment in mind, this spacious home sleeps up to 8 guests and features 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms each with their own full bathroom, as well as a finished lower level with pull out sofa and a full bathroom, allowing for 4.5 bathrooms in total giving everyone plenty of privacy and room to relax and unwind.

Guests also enjoy access to dock space located just 0.3 miles from the home, making it easy to bring your own boat or jet skis and spend the day exploring beautiful Rushford Lake.
Rushford Lake public beach is 1 mile from property.
Boat Dock available
Just a short .3 miles away is an available dock space for your Rushford Lake approved boat. The dock is located at a neighboring cottage located a short walk away. On Rushford Lake, New York, motorized vessels and general watercraft are restricted to a maximum length of 21 feet, with the sole exception of Pontoon Boats, which are permitted to be longer. It's best to check www.RL-RD.com to make sure your boat is allowed, and to check launch fee amounts.

Eagle Bay Getaway – Rushford Lake Access Information
We want all of our guests to have a wonderful stay at Eagle Bay Getaway and to clearly understand the property's location, lake access, boat dock access, and the seasonal nature of Rushford Lake before booking and arrival.
Eagle Bay Getaway Is Not a Lakefront Property
Eagle Bay Getaway is not located directly on Rushford Lake and is not a lakefront property. The cottage does not have a private beach, shoreline, swimming area, or waterfront gathering area associated with the rental.
Guests who would like to spend time along the shoreline to swim, fish, relax, picnic, gather, or otherwise enjoy the lake from shore should use the designated public access and recreational areas around Rushford Lake where those activities are permitted.
Guests are responsible for following all posted rules and regulations at public lake access areas.
Boat Dock Access
During the boating season, Eagle Bay Getaway guests have access to a nearby boat dock for the limited purpose of accessing, loading, and unloading their boat or personal watercraft.
Please understand that this dock is located at a neighboring cottage approximately 0.3 miles from Eagle Bay Getaway. It is not part of the Eagle Bay Getaway property and should not be considered a private waterfront recreational area for guests.
The dock and surrounding property may not be used for swimming, fishing, sunbathing, sitting, picnicking, drinking, socializing, or other recreational gatherings. Guests should limit their time at the dock to what is reasonably necessary to access, load, or unload their boat or personal watercraft.
Please respect the neighboring property and do not use the owner's yard, shoreline, outdoor furniture, or other private areas.
Important Seasonal Information – Rushford Lake Is Drained Each Winter
Rushford Lake is a man-made lake formed by a dam and is seasonally lowered each year. The annual drawdown typically begins in the fall, generally starting in early October, when water is released from the lake in preparation for the winter season.
As the lake level is lowered, boat and dock access becomes limited and eventually unavailable. Guests staying at Eagle Bay Getaway during or after the fall drawdown should not expect normal or immediate lake or boat access.
If you are booking an October, late-fall, winter, or early-spring stay, please understand that lake levels and lake access may be substantially different from what you would experience during the summer boating season.
The timing and extent of the annual drawdown and subsequent refill are outside the control of Eagle Bay Getaway and can vary based on lake management decisions, weather, precipitation, and other conditions.

Eagle Bay Getaway is located within a residential lake community. We ask all guests to respect our neighbors and their private property.
Neighboring docks, yards, shorelines, beaches, and waterfront areas are private property and are not available for Eagle Bay Getaway guests unless specifically designated otherwise.
Public lake access areas should be used whenever guests would like to swim, fish, relax, picnic, or gather along the lake.
